Step 1

After cleansing and priming hair with Colour Fanatic, apply Colour Stylist Root Lift to damp hair. Comb through, and blow-dry hair with a round brush.

Step 2

Gather the hair framing your face and clip out of the way for now. Use a mini crimping iron to crimp JUST the first two inches of the remaining hair.

Step 3

Unclip the hair framing your face and smooth back over the hair you’ve crimped. Gather into a ponytail and secure with an elastic.

Step 4 

Take a small section of hair from under your ponytail and wrap around the elastic to cover. Bobby-pin the piece of hair in place, then mist with Strengthening Control Hairspray.

Tip! Crimping the first two inches of your underneath layers is a stylist’s secret for adding serious root volume!
